Claims paid,
not just submitted.

Submitting a claim is the easy half. What decides whether a practice gets paid is who chases the denial on day thirty-one, and in most small practices the honest answer is nobody.

How we work

A Florida company, and not your compliance adviser

Hayal Solutions LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L22000000633, filed in 2022, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

We act as a business associate under HIPAA and sign a written business associate agreement before touching any patient information. We bill from your documentation: we do not alter clinical records, we do not select codes the record will not support, and we will not submit a claim we believe to be inaccurate. We are not attorneys or compliance auditors — payer contract disputes, overpayment refunds and regulatory questions belong with qualified counsel.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How are your fees charged?

Agreed in writing before we start, usually a percentage of collections or a fixed monthly fee depending on volume. Either way it is stated plainly, not buried.

Can you get us paid more?

We can get you paid what you are owed, faster and more completely. Anyone promising a specific increase is guessing, and sometimes the honest answer is that your billing is already fine.

Will you upcode to increase revenue?

No. We bill what the documentation supports and flag gaps back to you. If a record will not support a level, we tell you rather than quietly billing it.

Who is responsible for the documentation?

The treating provider, always. We review codes against the record, but the clinical record and what it says happened stay yours.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, before any access to protected health information. Any billing company that does not is a serious problem.

We have a big aged receivable pile. Is it worth working?

Sometimes. The first thing to check is timely filing limits, because some of it will be past recovery. We will tell you honestly what is still collectable.
